We will sell tickets from July 3 to August 14, and the winner be drawn at the block party. The quilt raffle proceeds will benefit Center of Hope and Community Outreach. Being the hands and feet of Jesus
On Sunday we packed ‘Warm Hand’ bags for those living with housing insecurities. These will be passed out when we help with worship on Saturday, Nov. 9, from 10am-1:30pm- partnering with Church on the Street. https://churchonthestreetsf.org/
This event will include a meal for about 150 people and possible giveaway of comfort items to the attendees. It will be held at the Multi-Cultural Center downtown. Good Shepherd will be using funds raised by the quilt raffle to support this effort. We need about 10-15 volunteers. Please call the church if you can help.
Rev Shaneequa and Laurel did a fabulous job representing Good Shepherd at the Augustana Olliepalooza fair, getting to know some Augie students and letting them know how loving and welcoming we are!
